1. Nature of Deliverables
All services offered through arjunraj.dev are digital in nature. We provide professional engineering and consulting services including web development, app development, AI & automation, system architecture, and security solutions. There are no physical goods shipped as part of any engagement.
Deliverables include but are not limited to: source code, design files, technical documentation, deployed applications, architecture blueprints, security audit reports, API integrations, and consultation reports.
2. Delivery Process
All deliverables are provided electronically using one or more of the following methods:
Code Repositories
Source code delivered via GitHub or GitLab private repositories with full version history and documentation.
Cloud Deployment
Applications deployed to the agreed hosting platform (Vercel, AWS, GCP, etc.) with access credentials transferred securely.
Document Sharing
Reports, architecture diagrams, and documentation shared via email, Google Drive, Notion, or agreed collaboration platforms.
App Store Submission
Mobile applications submitted to Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store on behalf of the Client using their developer accounts.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary based on the scope and complexity of each project. Specific timelines are agreed upon in writing as part of the statement of work (SOW) or engagement proposal before the commencement of any project.
Typical Project Timelines
These are estimates only. Actual timelines depend on project scope, complexity, and Client responsiveness in providing required inputs and approvals.
4. Milestone-Based Delivery
For larger projects, deliverables are broken into milestones with defined timelines and acceptance criteria. Each milestone is reviewed and approved by the Client before progressing to the next phase. Typical milestone stages include:
- Discovery & Planning — Requirements gathering, scope definition, and technical strategy.
- Design & Architecture — UI/UX design, system architecture, and technical specifications.
- Development — Core implementation, iterative builds, and progress demos.
- Testing & QA — Functional testing, performance testing, and security review.
- Deployment & Handoff — Production deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
5. Client Responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on mutual collaboration. The Client is responsible for:
- Providing necessary assets, content, credentials, and platform access in a timely manner.
- Responding to queries, review requests, and approval milestones within agreed timeframes.
- Communicating scope changes or additional requirements as early as possible.
Delays caused by the Client's unresponsiveness or failure to provide required inputs may shift the delivery timeline accordingly. We will communicate updated timelines in writing whenever delays occur.
6. Delivery Confirmation
Upon completion of each deliverable or milestone, the Client will receive a notification via email. The Client has 7 business days from the delivery date to review and report any issues. If no issues are reported within this period, the deliverable is considered accepted.
7. Post-Delivery Support
Unless otherwise agreed, each completed project includes a 14-day complimentary support window after final delivery. This covers:
- Bug fixes for issues that fall within the original agreed scope.
- Minor adjustments or clarifications related to the delivered work.
- Technical support for deployment or handoff issues.
Feature additions, scope changes, or ongoing maintenance beyond this window are subject to a separate engagement agreement.
8. No Physical Shipment
As all services are digital in nature, there is no physical product, shipment, or shipping cost involved. No courier, freight, or logistics services are used. All deliverables are transferred electronically as described in Section 2.
