Full-stack agency platform built on Next.js and Node.js — service management, client onboarding, payments via Razorpay, and automated email workflows. Supports 20+ active client engagements.

What needed to be solved.
The agency needed a unified platform to manage client relationships, project pipelines, invoicing, and communication — all previously handled across spreadsheets, email threads, and manual follow-ups. The lack of automation was costing 15+ hours per week in administrative overhead.
The Approach
How I built the solution.
Built a full-stack platform with Next.js on the frontend and Node.js microservices on the backend. Implemented Razorpay for seamless invoice generation and payment collection, Resend for automated email workflows (onboarding sequences, payment receipts, project updates), and a PostgreSQL database with role-based access control. Dockerized the entire stack for consistent deployments.
